It's my responsibility for the fiscal and operational aspects of the business, including Administration, Information Technology and Human Resources for a sales and rentals workforce of 30 employees; reporting directly to the Broker Owners. I hold Accountability for cash flow management, payroll for up to three entities, accounting, building and facilities management and Leases (including overseeing two Statutory Real Estate Trust Accounts). An integral part of this role includes strategic planning for the business inclusive of setting annual sales budgets and Facilitating all aspects of HR, recruitment, onboarding, employment agreements, workplace health and safety, policy and procedures, culture and change while managing/mentoring staff. I've led initiatives to establish new transactional banking for two Trusts and five business accounts to create higher efficiency and a superior service for clients; negotiated a restructure of rent roll purchase including set up of new entities/license’s/systems and integration of current systems to new and instigated the installation and upgrade of Terminal Server to allow enhanced operation of Console system for Sales and Property Management Team and to facilitate speed, remote access for new office site, integration of new inspection technology and storage.Supporting events including offsite quarterly training sessions for the brokers and agents, charity auctions bi-annually, illuminations light festival add fresh dynamics to my position also! I also hold a Real Estate Agent licence.

I worked as an integral part of this company and was privileged to watch it flourish. My role included responsibility for numerous portfolios including Financial, Information Technology, Finance, Administration and Knowledge Management with a direct line to Human Resources for a workforce of up to 120 employees, reporting directly to the Managing Director. I headed a team of 27 with three direct reports and supported team leaders with the growth and development of multiple business units of consultancy. My responsibilities extended to other financial aspects of the business including cash flow, accounting, work in progress, leasing/financing management reporting, KPIs for group managers, budgets, salary packaging and FBT, debtor control, supplier negotiations, tenders and major project budgets totaling $1.2million.I also supported the Chairman in personal business ventures working closely with project manager in building and construction of multi unit complexes within Brisbane with total project budgets of $1-5 million. Notable accomplishments:- Successful Fiscal management during GFC- Building successful teams that compliment team member strengths- Executed ‘practice time costs-systems’ across three different platforms including the development of new cost control centers and management reporting for 13 different practice groups.- Negotiated and integrated business like businesses.- Project budget negotiation with construction/government bodies and fly-in-fly-out staff stationed in Manilla.- Developed the introduction of a company intranet to enhance workflow planning, group sharing and development.
