Operations Manager
CurrentIt's my responsibility for the fiscal and operational aspects of the business, including Administration, Information Technology and Human Resources for a sales and rentals workforce of 30 employees; reporting directly to the Broker Owners. I hold Accountability for cash flow management, payroll for up to three entities, accounting, building and facilities management and Leases (including overseeing two Statutory Real Estate Trust Accounts). An integral part of this role includes strategic planning for the business inclusive of setting annual sales budgets and Facilitating all aspects of HR, recruitment, onboarding, employment agreements, workplace health and safety, policy and procedures, culture and change while managing/mentoring staff. I've led initiatives to establish new transactional banking for two Trusts and five business accounts to create higher efficiency and a superior service for clients; negotiated a restructure of rent roll purchase including set up of new entities/license’s/systems and integration of current systems to new and instigated the installation and upgrade of Terminal Server to allow enhanced operation of Console system for Sales and Property Management Team and to facilitate speed, remote access for new office site, integration of new inspection technology and storage.Supporting events including offsite quarterly training sessions for the brokers and agents, charity auctions bi-annually, illuminations light festival add fresh dynamics to my position also! I also hold a Real Estate Agent licence.
