Currently ensuring that Educational Polices and Frame Works - safe guarding learners’ equal opportunities are well implemented within the school curriculum at Evelyn Baring High School. Monitoring that all educational barriers either from the infrastructure & school curriculum which may limit learner's normal progression to attain equal opportunities within the school curriculum are eliminated and exempted. Inclusive Education, as a cross cutting unit or department, the Inclusive Education Standards are achieved through a well established collaboration with all Subject Teachers in the school, School Administration, School's Support Staff, Hostel Facility and learner's parents or legal guardians. On addition, to adhere that equal opportunities for all are well created in the school curriculum, the unit or department's duty team collaboration is also through working closely with Education Experts such as School's Inspectorate, Exams Councils, National Curriculum Centre, Social Services, Schools Health, etc. Performing duties of monitoring learners Academic Performances, School Attendances, IEP Monitoring, Curriculum Modification; Trainer of Teachers on Inclusive & Special Needs Education; Assessment & Evaluation, SEND learners Communication Link; Annual Reports; SEND Screening; Budgeting; Motivation; Career Guidance Mentor; Life Skills Mentor; In the school, participate in disciplines such as Admissions, Sports, Uniform & Disciplinary Committees and Provide counselling & psychosocial support for learners.An Inclusive & Special Needs Education Panel Member in the county & Head of Department in the School.
