I have been involved in almost all phases of insight generation, working with product and brand teams to conceptualize/adapt products and services. I have hands-on experience in setting up and running contact centers for clients and developing digital marketing assets to generate high volumes of leads. I also help clients identify vendors, negotiate win-win partnerships, and reduce costs through pay-for-performance models, sales automation, and more. I have provided extensive work in improving processes and mining data for cross-selling/up-selling.I have worked as an individual contributor, team manager (managed small teams (<10) and large teams (150+)), and CXO and board member. As CXO (I was COO, CMO and CSO), I set up dedicated research, lead generation, intake/sales, case processing, technology and client service departments. This resulted in the acquisition of over 30,000 clients for a legal marketing firm and over 5,000 clients for a healthcare company. In the legal sector, I was involved in an industry-disrupting multi-million dollar deal that generated a 2.5x return on investment for stakeholders within 12 months. As a board member, I learned about the strategic connections between different functions. This knowledge helps me develop short and long-term strategies for the team and track them at the grassroots level. I was also part of the team involved in raising capital.
