Vice President for technical group responsible for all aspects of Integrity & Compliance Management and Corrosion Control for mid-size consulting firm located in Atlanta, GA Leads a multi-million dollar business unit in all aspects of integrity management and corrosion control related compliance services. Client base includes primarily gas and liquid fuels suppliers, including commercial and government entities.Primary responsibility is to lead the implementation of integrity management teams and plans for transmission and distribution clients requiring conformance to DOT (40 CFR 192 and 195), EPA and OSHA requirements, as well as pertinent state and government regulations.Program responsibilities include all aspects of group leadership and management including business development, financial analysis, budgeting, technical expertise, presentation development, hiring and development of engineering team members.Project responsibilities include providing technical expertise and serving as an SME to project managers and engineers, QA/QC of project documents, evaluation of project financials, selection of subcontractors, including evaluation of technologies and capabilities for specific projects.Project types include in-line inspection implementation and post run analysis and action plans; alternately, implement ECDA program; perform AC mitigation analysis; develop DOT compliance documentation including O&M Plans, IMPs, etc.; represent clients during PHMSA audits; perform cathodic protection assessments, design and repairs; API 653 tank inspections; API 570 inspections; as well as the development of SPCC plans and DOT compliance programs for 49CFR192/195 clients ranging in size from small midstream clients to major production companies.
