Responsible for overseeing, updating and implementing the Basic, Provide and CPR First Aid training curriculum to ensure an adequate understanding for all students of the correct first aid practices• Collaborated with the training department to ascertain key training priorities and implement new policies and procedures as procedures were revised and updated• Developing and delivered PowerPoint presentations along with practical demonstrations for classroom training• Ensure that all student assessment procedures are thoroughly prepared, students are aware of assessment requirements and assessments are marked accordingly• Utilise effective communication skills to ensure that students from different cultural, ethnic and learning backgrounds understand and can implement best first-aid practices• Responsible for developing and implementing Certificate III Basic Health Care training for Manea College• Responsible for ordering and stocktakes of equipment, manuals and training tools
