Lead strategy initiatives and financial planning and analysis, preparation of forecast and budgets, manage pricing, assist with monthly accounting close process, and assist with the integration of acquired companies for specified Divisions within RealPage such as Payments, LeaseStar, Online Resident, Online Leasing, Business Development, and Screening. Primary responsibilities include:•Provide leadership and direction for the Divisional FP&A function in the areas of financial analysis, revenue and expense forecasting and strategic initiative analysis;•Build and support analysis for different business strategies, acquisitions and partnership opportunities to further expand revenue and margins for business both organically and inorganically•Present business cases to executive team which includes CFO, CEO & Business EVPs/SVPs to get approval for various project funding and business decisions•Assist with state filings and compliance required to meet Money Services Business regulations•Collaborate and builds solid relationships with Leadership across the Company to ensure financials accurately reflect operations, strategy, and risks;•Develop and maintain metrics based financial model to forecast future revenue growth and product mix development;•Assist in the design and maintenance of financial systems/applications used for budgeting;•Supervise and coordinate preparation of monthly and quarterly forecast updates;•Analyze monthly operating results and financial forecast in support of Operational Management;•Develop and report monthly analytical measures of cost center and product financial performance;•Assist with the post acquisition integration of administrative and operational functions
