My thesis project investigated how recognition signals are designed in protein complexes to target them to the bacterial protease, ClpXP; more specifically how ClpX can discriminate between an assembled protein complex over constituent subunits.

-7.391/7.396, Introduction to Molecular Biology Techniques, an intensive two week laboratory course during January term at MIT-co-taught 13 freshmen who had little or no previous lab experience
