Responsible for preparing the maintenance renewal quotes in using IBM Systems• Comparing prior year maintenance invoice(s) from an IBM Acquired Company against the data download to IBM FastPass system and the Quote tool.• Review Contract Package to determine special terms, conditions, and pricing• Create Renewal Quote• Update weekly Forecast Tool• Work with Sellers to complete renewal revisions as necessary• Enter the order in the IDD (IBM Direct Ordering system)• Assist in other projects related to Maintenance
