With a wealth of experience and valuable knowledge gained I am now looking to increase my skills to keep up with technology. I’m proud of my achievements however I would like a change so I can stretch myself at a successful company who are looking for great people. With previous experience as a service advisor/receptionist then progressed to Directors PA, Facilities Manager and overseeing HR duties within a small company of 18 employees. I am organised, able to use my initiative and management ability. I’m looking for a new challenge part time in close proximity to Tring. Achieved a Creative Writing Certificate & a Champion Learners Diploma for the workplace.

Award winning Licensee in the pub & restaurant trade for over 18 years managing teams of up to 35 staff. Trained multiple couples/singles for management, became a qualified Train the Trainer, achieved Leadership & Motivation Skills Diploma, assisted in holding 5 other pubs at different times.

Hospitality & Holiday Ownership Sales then promoted to Sales Manager - sold holiday ownership for two years then moved onto another resort becoming sales manager, kept my head held high happpily working in this remarkable job for 5 years in the same area greeting my customers each year before taking a break to start a family and then return as a single mum & Licensee once more.

Trained in flagship pub - Devon, became top single Manager/Licensee, won 3 awards for excellence and promoted to Trainer Manager with another brewery then travelled around the SouthWest area training managers in customer service & Licensee skills while still Managing my pub.(thx to a great team!) Proud of it ....that was just the beginning of a wonderful life ahead.
