Current• Supported with the development and implementation of the strategic and operational plans and performance frameworks for Into Film NI, it’s key partners and stakeholders. • Established clear and achievable aims, objectives, outcomes and ensured KPIs aligned to national and regional corporate priorities. Responsible for general administration and office management tasks.• Implemented a range of successful national and regional programmes and initiatives, utilising significant experience of project management.• Maintained regular contact with schools and non-school settings by troubleshooting issues, promoting up and coming events, organising bespoke training sessions, advising, recruiting, and encouraging deeper involvement through Into Film awards entries.• Supported with the recruiting clubs and represented the business to prospect employees.
