Achievements:• Successfully introduced a high level of organisation and planning to the role - ensuring the enterprise is better positioned for growth, to handle a higher volume of projects.• Initiated and established Abland's CSI initiative, growing a children's crèche in Diepsloot from 9 children to 77 in 3 years, improving facilities, arranging field trips, etc.• Built a strong network of supplier and managed these relationships.• Planned and executed Abland's first-ever charity golf day at the Johannesburg Country Club. The event was described as the "best run" golf day ever seen at the JCC. • Management of up to 7 functions in 6 months, with up to 250 guests.• Saved the company 50% of the corporate marketing budget within 7 months of start date. Continued to make savings through negotiating favourable rates with suppliers and media owners.
