The Inga Foundation was awarded $100K for the sustainability award from the Ray C. Anderson Foundation for 2020. We are building momentum for our regenerative agroforestry program. We have planted more than 5 million trees in 10 years and have empowered 420+ families in Honduras, with 100% success for food security in two years for ALL the families with Inga alleys. We are far beyond proof of concept, as we have achieved proof in the landscape. We have sequestered/avoided over 450,000 tons of carbon as of the end of 2021 and regenerated 2,600 acres of degraded land - all with no debt, loans, microloans, heavy equipment, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides or GMO seeds.Check out our short documentaries and our website, www.ingatree.org
