Originally employed as a supervisory appraiser with trainees. My primary responsibility was to mentor these trainees to become New York State Certified Appraisers. When this program was discontinued, I returned to production appraising before transferring to the review department where I remained until February 2012.

Responsibilities include physical inspection of the property being appraised, information gathering and preparation of appraisal reports on appropriate formats, in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice guidelines. Included in the scope of this work is extensive experience with single family residential, small residential income property and multi family properties in the five boros of the City of New York, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties. The years of experience and the large area covered have created an excellent working knowledge of the socio-economic trends affecting the New York metropolitan area. Additional responsibilities include coordination and implementation of data services and liaison between appraiser and client in a customer service capacity.

Managed the day to day operations of up to three video stores including payroll and inventory.Responsible for all aspects of customer service includind resolution of customer complaints, customer queries and installations.
