Started at the age of 4 years old, doing lettering with my Father in his Printing Business I then worked at Woolworths and was Head of Ticketwriting Office at 18 , and responsible for all Hand written Price Ticketing and Promotional signs at The Elizabeth Store....no printed signs at all .John Martins Department Store in Adelaide as Head Showcard Artist and Ticketwriter for 4 years , advanced to their NEW Westlakes Store and hand painted all Price tickets and showcards for whole store.I had my own Sign Company for 10 years in Adelaide working in CBD with several Pubs of Heritage value .Developed Chalkboard menus as these Pubs were so beautiful and full of charm , they required an individual and artist look rather than normal plain menus.My concept was quickly adapted in food venues as attractive way to Present a menu.Worked for major companies like Kmart, Coles, Bilo , and all major shops in Rundle Mall Set up a sign company in Darwin,and, after a stint owning my own Hotel in Flinders Ranges, S.A. resumed my sign writing career.Did a National award winning Xmas display for Lend Lease at Casuarina Shopping Centre, Darwin N.T. .which was Australian themed and provided multiple exposure for not only retail but community participation. Worked at Aussie World Sunshine Coast for 12 month contract, theming all buildings in the park to follow theme of the Amusement ParkCurrently still work on Sunshine Coast with my business Menuart.Do a variety of Black and White Vintage signs , all hand painted and also Chalk Art for Menus and Promo signs for several major companies ;Coles Supermarkets,Westfield at Mount GravattParklands HotelBrightwater TavernAZB Event Company , Sydney Splash Events , NoosaBelmonde Group NoosaMyerA Mainevent Company , BrisbaneWoolworths Hotels , Sunshine CoastBuderim TavernWharf HotelReef Hotel NoosaSurf Air , Marcoola Ocean Street Traders and several cafes and businesses on the Coast
