With 40+ years’ experience in the field of personal development and training including 15 years running childcare businesses, I transitioned to Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) and Stress Management, gaining my qualifications through the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy.I now run a private practice helping adults and children overcome challenges to achieve happier, more fulfilling lives using CBT, mindfulness, stress management, and hypnosis.
