Managing the Property Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for all the sites to ensure they are all compliant and maintained to a high standard. This includes managing contracts, collecting and analysing quotes and rising remedial works.Annually reviewing the PPM contracts ensuring costs are still competitive.Co-ordinating maintenance requests on a day to day basis. Ensuring jobs are completed within a good time frame depending on the urgency of the works and how it affects the business operation.Collecting and analysing quotes for minor works as well as various projects. Raising the appropriate work permits.Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with H&S regulations. Reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) and insurance documentation.Liaising with landlords and other building managers in order to maintain a good relationship in dealing with any general building issues.Providing support and data for budgeting purposes.Reviewing, analysing and approving monthly invoices to ensure that the costs are in accordance with the works orders.Completing proactive site audits for general maintenance and repair. Reviewing and following up on reports such as risk assessments and legionella documents. Overseeing, managing and planning the inhouse engineer’s workload.Reviewing service charge budgets, energy usage and utility contracts.Liaising and communicating with all levels of management to ensure information is correctly passed to the relevant person or department.

General administration takes.Organising day to day maintenance call outs and jobs as required by the restaurants.Arranging all servicing requirments.

Answering the phone, taking messages, arranging meetings and taking minutes, preparing and issuing specifications and valuations certificates, formating reports, inputting data in to spead sheets, processing invoices, filling and other administrative tasks.
