Managed 15 employees responsible for customer service, account maintenance, and transaction/position reconciliation for over $100 billion in client assets in Commonwealth's proprietary performance reporting system, Client360.

Supervised a team of employees responsible for manning two high volume phone queues, responding to and researching issues related to performance reports, quarterly statements, account maintenance, sponsor data feeds, transaction/position reconciliation, and all other issues related to two performance reporting systems - Client360 and Advent Axys.

• Responsible for handling all escalated issues related – seen as the team “go-to” person.• Collaborated with other employees on a monthly basis to reconcile all directly held accounts, totaling about $1 billion in assets, in Advent Axys. • Individually responsible for the daily reconciliation and data download of Pershing brokerage accounts in Advent, totaling about $40 million in assets. • Trained new employees and delegated tasks as employees acquired appropriate knowledge/skills.

• Investigated erroneous client account, product and sponsor data that advisors, staff and clients viewed online.• Worked with direct sponsor companies, data intermediary companies, and back-office IT to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data feeds displayed online.• Communicated daily with advisors and staff through phone queue, direct calls and email inquiries to quickly and efficiently resolve account maintenance discrepancies.

• Supported five financial planners by preparing financial reports for client meetings, managing client service by scheduling appointments and keeping in touch with clients, and assisting with regular projects.• Supervised and trained junior interns.
