What do you thinks about when you remember your time spent at University? The qualification you gained? the fun times you had? or when you first met your now life-long friends? Academic achievements aside, I strongly believe the time you spend at University can be some of the most influential years of your life where you develop as a person, learn about yourself, and create amazing friendships. Throughout many successful years in management and with a strong commercial background, I have been able to provide financial stability, enhance employee engagement and strategically develop our organisation to prioritise and promote the student voice, ensuring all students are given inclusive opportunities and make a difference.I enjoy facilitating change and challenging boundaries. My qualifications in counselling, project management and Employment Law have enabled me to successfully network and influence key stakeholders to form effective working relationships that create stronger alignments and build new foundations for organisational growth.My sense of achievement comes from creating such change, developing and re-evaluating progress on new projects, and ultimately delivering a quality, student focused provision. Especially when they facilitate opportunities for students to positively impact their experience, and contribute towards making those lifelong memories.
