Also responsible for the financial running of the business with management of the P&L Account and WIP forecasts. Driving down overheads and costs to achieve efficiency in the supply of our services to ensure value for money to the end customer was also a key factor for my role.I was also responsbile for guiding and supporting the business development of the business unit and planning the short/medium and long term growth of the the business in line with the rest of the business.
