CurrentThis role collaborates across the IDFS working with IT and clinical operational leaders. The goals are to develop and implement patient-focused strategies leveraging digital tools and solutions to provide an exceptional patient/consumer experience. What does the patient want digitally? What is the patient experience? ....are crucial questions for their digital connection with us. As the patient digital experience expands and deepens, it needs to coexist peacefully with more traditional modes. As more technology becomes available to our patients and clinicians, understanding our patients’ journeys and how technology can encourage positive behavior change is increasingly critical.
