I was responsible for the Hays Direct Delivery Team for Scotland. We primarily focussed on the supply of interim & temporary staff to high-volume/high profile accounts within the Financial Services sector. Roles recruited for included - Business/Change Analysts, Project Managers, IT Technical roles, etc

During this time, I performed a number of roles and was responsible for the delivery of the construction and property business in satellite offices across Scotland.

I started with Hays as a trainee running a busy construction trades desk. I quickly progressed to running a team of 5 trades consultants and then became Glasgow's Temp Office Manager. During the first 7 years, I was responsible for recruiting several different disciplines of staff including white collar social housing, civil & structural engineers and building services professionals.

Responsible for selling a range of Ford vehicles, parts and servicing contracts to SMEs in the Ayrshire area.

My main duties were allocation and banking of all incoming cash and cheque transactions and Provision of a comprehensive administrative support to the new and used car sales teams.
