I have worked for three years as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Engineer at « Eltia Groupe ». Eltia Groupe is a French holding company running two other companies : TAES & SMM Energie. Those companies mainly study, design, produce, implant and maintain electrical equipments such as electrical cabinets, distribution board, rectifiers, etc.The project on which I have been affected was the certification of TAES with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality standard. The project was divided in several parts such as : restructuration of the whole company, establishment and documentation of Quality and Safety Procedures’, measurement of the procedure’s efficiency, continuos improvement.The certification of one company (TAES) is a steppingstone to enable the certification of the other company (SMM Energy), as both of them work hand in hand.During this professional experience, I have learned specific skills :Technical skills- Project management (control of the progress of work, GANTT chart, PERT chart, etc.)- Quality control and continuous improvement tools (FMEA, PDCA, Fishbone, QRQC, 80/20 method, etc.) - Audit (Processes, Security, Production)- Problem-solving skills- Performance measurement (indicators)- Risk assessment- Data analysesHuman skills - Communication (Production team, board of Directors) - Contact with external service providers

I have worked for Hoter Ltd during three months in Malta, as part of my Engineering studies. Hoter Ltd is a private Maltese company specialized in offering innovative Water Engineering solutions.The project on which I have worked on was an innovative water treatment process. Indeed, a machine had been designed specifically to recycle second class water to first class water. In order to know how reliable the machine was, my task were to monitor of the results on a 24/7 basis and assist on carrying out tests.From that experience, I have gained several skills such as : - maintenance of a Sewage Treatment Plant - end-to-end biological and contamination testing - water treatment processes - Assistance on redaction of technical specifications - team management and task sharing - contact with stakeholders of the project

I have worked for Thales during the first semester in 2013. During my time, I was an Assistant Project Manager. As Thales is a world known very large organization, the management of its employees’ turnover is critical in several aspects : security is one of them.My role was to assist the Project Manager in recovering the former employee’s work assets so we could reaffect them to current employees or new employees if necessary. In the same way, we had to handle every unidentified assets.In order to ensure the security of the exchanged data inside the company, several security audits were conducted in every Department.This position has enable me to get some skills such as :- Data analyses and treatment- Project management- Measurement indicators- Communication with several departments as stakeholders
