A highly creative and award winning strategist and marketer, Lorraine has had the fortune of work with some of the world's most infamous leaders and most famous brands including: Apple, PlayStation, Microsoft, Microsoft Xbox, T-Mobile, Virgin, Absolut, Levi's, and Evian. She has deep experience working for social impact companies including a bunch of health-tech and wellness start ups including SU2C, Theranos and the company that became WebMD. Packaged goods experience includes Evian, Think energy bars, Pivot coffee, Izzy beverages, Tribe Humus, Nature's path cereals, Kraft salad dressing, Aquafina, Vegan cheese (confidential), Traditional medicinals tea, Marie Callender's salad dressing, Energizer batteries.She is one of the founders of Challenger brand and Disruption Strategy, she co-created the brand war room style of working now widely adopted in creative agencies. A highly experienced and innovative qualitative and quantitative research designer and practitioner, at heart she's about original insight and ideas, a creator who makes things happen and a leader who changes the way things work. An experienced industry speaker and awards judge, she has helped create work that has won dozens of Lions, Pencils, Webbys and Clios, and dozens of Effies, including a Grand Prix Effie.Currently she is helping to transform brand marketing with a focus on community building for one of the largest fundraising campaigns in US history, the biggest blockbusters in entertainment, and the launch of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. As VP Marketing at Dacor, Samsung's first Luxury brand, she built from scratch a world class team, agency roster and marketing infrastructure to deliver a fully integrated brand campaign. Lorraine was previously Managing partner, EVP Head of Strategy at TBWA Chiat/Day Advertising for over a decade, working at the LA flagship with Lee Clow and Jay Chiat, when they were voted agency of the decade, in NYC managing a challenging merger with TBWA, while still generating a $210m YOY increase in revenue, and was part of the 6 man team who started up the San Francisco office, TBWA’s most profitable agency ever.

    At the NYC office with 400 staff, I helped drive a u-turn and extraordinary improvement in business development success, resulting in a $210mn revenue increase in one year, and helped manage a difficult but ultimately successful merger between global behemothTBWA, and West coast creative upstarts Chiat/Day. As one of a team of 6 founding Managing Partners, we built the San Francisco office from scratch to become TBWA Chiat/Day's most profitable office ever. We built a powerful and eclectic strategic planning department, mentoring many of today's top planning stars. I led the development of cutting-edge youth marketing expertise through unique methodologies for connecting with various Youth subcultures. We used this to help reboot the Levi's brand. During the ups and downs of the .com boom, we helped drive prolific business development success creating from-scratch brand strategy and product innovations that launched numerous start-ups from pets.com to OnHealth (better known today as WebMD).In the LA flagship, working with Jay Chiat, Lee Clow and Bob Kuperman, I helped pioneer the development of Challenger Brand theory and the foundation work for Disruption. I also co-developed the now popular and effective use of War Room-style creative and collaborative thinking on portable oversized foam core walls. I lead strategy on the launch of PlayStation, using innovative and creative research methodologies to develop insight that made this Sony's best brand launch ever and stealing market leadership globally in under 6 months with a fraction of competitor budgets. I helped develop the first true 'viral campaign' in the USA, funding the first 'street teams', and develop influencer panels to co-create games still in the pipeline.
