As VP Marketing at Dacor, Samsung's first Luxury brand, she built from scratch a world class team, agency roster and marketing infrastructure to deliver a fully integrated brand campaign. Lorraine was previously Managing partner, EVP Head of Strategy at TBWA Chiat/Day Advertising for over a decade, working at the LA flagship with Lee Clow and Jay Chiat, when they were voted agency of the decade, in NYC managing a challenging merger with TBWA, while still generating a $210m YOY increase in revenue, and was part of the 6 man team who started up the San Francisco office, TBWA’s most profitable agency ever.

As one of a team of 6 founding Managing Partners, we built the San Francisco office from scratch to become TBWA Chiat/Day's most profitable office ever. We built a powerful and eclectic strategic planning department, mentoring many of today's top planning stars. I led the development of cutting-edge youth marketing expertise through unique methodologies for connecting with various Youth subcultures. We used this to help reboot the Levi's brand. During the ups and downs of the .com boom, we helped drive prolific business development success creating from-scratch brand strategy and product innovations that launched numerous start-ups from pets.com to OnHealth (better known today as WebMD).In the LA flagship, working with Jay Chiat, Lee Clow and Bob Kuperman, I helped pioneer the development of Challenger Brand theory and the foundation work for Disruption. I also co-developed the now popular and effective use of War Room-style creative and collaborative thinking on portable oversized foam core walls. I lead strategy on the launch of PlayStation, using innovative and creative research methodologies to develop insight that made this Sony's best brand launch ever and stealing market leadership globally in under 6 months with a fraction of competitor budgets. I helped develop the first true 'viral campaign' in the USA, funding the first 'street teams', and develop influencer panels to co-create games still in the pipeline.
