I accumulated a total of twelve years working within the recruitment sector. I was one of the people invited to join Sigmar Recruitment when it was founded in 2002 and progressed to being appointed Executive Consultant in 2003. Previous to working with Sigmar; I successfully managed a team of seven consultants in Ann O'Brien Office Specialists, which focused on placing high volume temporary placements, mainly for blue chip clients.
