As an officer of this high profile hotel company, owned by media mogul Merv Griffin, responsible for the Sales, Reservations and Revenue Management efforts and operation of this unique collection of resorts and boutique hotels. Properties were located in Galway Ireland, Palm Springs, Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Scottsdale and Wickenburg Arizona.

Various positions beginning in 1983 as a Management Candidate at the Houston Westin Galleria and culminating in the DORM at the Westin Century Plaza where I was responsible for sales operations of the guest rooms reservation department of this 1100 room luxury property located in the heart of Century City, and adjacent to Beverly Hills, California. Duties included staff oversight, scheduling, training, budgeting, forecasting, preparation of marketing plan, directing the efforts of a 20 person reservations sales office, and working with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure that all business solicited and accepted met the criteria established for profitability and maximization of revenue per available room.
