As the Quebec representative for the program, my responsibilities were to:• Provide knowledge of the Quebec education system to the Toronto headquarters; • Build partnerships and foster relations with Ministry of Education, schools, and universities, as well as other partners; • Evaluate communities wishing to implement the program and assess their capacity to host the program; • Also in charge of Research and Evaluation for the Pathways to Education Program in Verdun, Qc.; • Interim Director for the Pathways Program in Lawrence Heights, Toronto, leading 10 staff members and approximately 30 volunteers.

• Taught Literature, Critical Thinking, and beginner, intermediate, and advanced Writing courses; • Assisted Programme Director in evaluating placement tests and placing students in the course level appropriate to their writing and language skills;

• Conceived and taught a wide array of Composition, Literature, Cultural Studies, and Translation courses.
