After having left GSK I decided to come and work for Simon. We've been growing Yellowfoot/Eagles Flight from strength to strength having added 4 new programs over the past 18 months and I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved!
My role is to support Simon with facilitations, to sell programs and to deliver experiences. So far I've delivered Gold of the Desert Kings and have co-facilitated on P2, CMS and banked on Expedition Outback, Lord Devon's Demise and Redline Racing!

An opportunity came up whilst I was working out my redundancy notice to help out with a bi-annual meeting held by GSK for the top 1,500 or so employees. It was a totally different role to what I had previously done but required good organisation skills, an awareness of the business requirements and enough exposure to the senior staff to be taken seriously! I had to live in Philadelphia for 3 months and had a great time - though extremely stressful and exhausting at times! Various activities and acted as chaperone to the Chairman! Show less

Part of a small team that helped employees to better use the technology they had, mainly provided deskside support, customised applications and provided short training programs and materials
I joined Prince to get more experience of Graphics applications but as not many of the existing software trainers used Excel I ended up delivering the majority of these sessions. I worked on a program rolling MS Office products to Total Oil and then moved into the role of Training Centre co-ordinator. In September 1993 Prince won a contract to provide the helpdesk service to Glaxo Holdings plc and I joined to provide desktop support to the users!
My first paid job after leaving college. I was employed as a software trainer having had no teaching or IT experience I found this an extremely well organised and gave me a great start to my career. I gained confidence in public speaking and presenting, my use of Powerpoint was excellent and I met a huge number of fairly young like-minded individuals - a great first job!
After leaving college I worked as a volunteer for a small project in north Manchester that provided support and care to children and young adults with special needs and provided support and advice to their families.
Worked as a nursing assistant for a psychiatric hospital that involved providing support and care to patients and their families and helped to support to the nursing staff.
