I am a certified coach with the Association for Coaching, I have a MA in HRM, was an Associate member of the CIPD, a certified user of Everything DiSC and have an accredited certificate in group coaching and facilitation. I offer 1:1 and group coaching through my Thrive in HR coaching programmes. These programmes are for HR professionals at any level of their career who want to invest in their own development and feel supported in the process. I also work with HR teams and corporates in delivering coaching skills and DISC workshops.
