Member of initial group hired to create Atlanta Documentation Department.Responsible for monitoring and servicing assigned transactions, ensuring compliance and proactively resolving potential issues. • Distribute Daily workflow to loan staff as follows:
• Review document packages for FMV, 1st Amendment, TRAC leases, and loans from Capital Markets Division prior to staff booking into OSI or LeasePlus systems.
• Confirm real estate modification documents are accurate with OSI System Information and new real estate document packages are complete before distributing to booking staff.
• Assist in booking leases and loans at month end when applicable.
• Provide customer maintenance updates in LeasePlus and perform GL entries.
• Monitor insurance and property tax payments for escrow loans.

• Prepare lease and loan documentation for Transportation, Construction and Broker Segment with a Sales Volume from $900,000 to $2,500,000+ monthly.
• Ensure each transaction meets credit approval conditions, company guidelines, and verified pricing through T-Value.
• Order and review lien searches, and good standing verification, when applicable.
• Maintained relationships with Dealers, Segmented Brokers, and Customers ensuring continued business in Vice President of Sales region.
• Initial review for MSO, Title, and Vehicle Title applications.
• Obtain valid collateral Insurance Certificates as required for both loans and leases.
