Sr. Business Analyst
CurrentEnterprise Fleet Management is a privately-held, full-service fleet management business for companies, government agencies and organizations operating medium-sized fleets of 20 or more vehicles, as well as those seeking an alternative to employee reimbursement programs.- Requirements elicitation using various techniques including meeting facilitation, requirements workshops, business process analysis, use cases, user stories, document analysis, site visits, business analysis, task and workflow analysis- Translate business and data needs into system requirements for designers, developers and testers using requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems- Work on large, complex initiatives where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and proactive risk management- Work on initiatives that address future concepts, products or technologies- Provide escalation assistance, recommend potential solutions to issues, follow established escalation procedures and resolve complex issues- Write requirements into user stories with relevant and clear acceptance criteria- Participate in and/or leads Grooming sessions and daily stand-up- Work directly with IT developers and communicate with stakeholders throughout the entire SDLC.- Lead the coordination of testing initiatives for large scale projects to include: test scenario definition, status tracking, and test planning- Deliver informal and formal presentations to own team, department, other IT teams, business partners, and IT leadership
