As a member of the Senior Management Team, drove 100% target achievement for Early Clinical Research and Bioanalytical Services from generic, biotech and big pharma clients annually. Responsible for ECR Commercial Strategy (Marketing, Project Management and Proposals Groups) and P&L.

Established new territory in New England, selling to pharma, biotechnology and large pharmaceutical clients. Drove significant sales growth by providing scientific, consultative sales to customers in a strategic manner, including large drug development IND enabling packages for successful submission.

Drug Development Team member contributing to the FDA approval of Vorinostat™, a first in class histone deacetylase inhibitor for oncology, acquired and commercialized by Merck. Responsibilities included metabolism, bioanalytical and preclinical and clinical pharmacology program work, including the establishment of a full bioanalytical laboratory department de novo.

Nonclinical and clinical pharmacology program design and regulatory submissions of multiple oral drug delivery programs. Established two company laboratories, managed multiple CROs for five development programs with on-time, on-budget results.
