Field Project Manager
CurrentPlans complex equipment and millwork deliveries and installations to health systems, clinics, physician practices, and animal health facilities.• Serves as project manager on commercial construction projects to integrate Midmark products into human and animal healthcare facilities.• Coordinates, coaches, supervises, and leads all personnel associated with the equipment and casework delivery, setup, installation, and testing. Serves as the on-site project coordinator for all significant, complex deliveries.• Works with sub-contractors to ensure quality installations are completed on time and within budget. • Works effectively among customer departments, including biomedical engineering, facilities management, purchasing, clinical, and project management.• Coordinates with sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality equipment and casework installations.• Investigate and resolve service, product, and process quality issues. Also, supporting customer satisfaction measurements.• Liaises with the internal project design team and customer facilities personnel.• Communicates product specifications to customers.
