Successfully led a $10M Agile project to integrate Salesforce and Eloqua. This global business and IT transformation effort positively impacted over 27,000 3M employees across 80 countries by allowing teams to more effectively measure and automate multi-channel marketing campaigns and integrate those campaigns with real-time website prospect tracking and segmentation.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Partnered with construction project managers across the state to document construction analytics and a summary report for the Minnesota State Legislature that demonstrated a 5% ($60M) cost savings for all state road construction projects undertaken in fiscal year 2015 and 2016. The St. Paul Pioneer Press posted an article on February 18, 2018 titled: “Money Saving Work of Note” to highlight the success of the program.

Successfully completed a $2M project for the State of Minnesota’s healthcare exchange (MNSURE) program. The effort resulted in the automation of new insurance enrollments, cancellations, and changes, which included generating, e-mailing, and printing notifications.

Successfully completed multiple, software development programs and projects that; consolidated and normalized patient Medicare data from the Express Scripts/Medco merger and improved enterprise database and corporate systems reporting capabilities.
