It is a leader in its field serving the transportation needs of people with developmental disabilities for over 25 years.Having served as a management consultant and leadership mentor to the company for most of its time in business, I was delighted to accept the role of Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Senior Executive team in July 2018.My portfolio includes, but is not limited to, financial and risk management, oversight of Human Resources activities, the use of information technology to enhance and advance the company's value to its customers, and strategic management as it relates to growth and scalability.

Heart Kids is New Zealand's only charity that provides practical and emotional support to all of those impacted by congenital heart defects and heart disease acquired through childhood illness such as rheumatic fever.Responsible for strategy development and execution, financial sustainability and organisational performance. Monthly reporting to Board and preparation of Board meeting packs, interface with auditors and funding partners, oversight and review of monthly accounts.
