Reporting directly to the CEO and working with the founder on a daily basis, I took the basic eco-market/affinity program ideas and formulated them into online product in just under 12 weeks. This involved designing the product offering, designing the system to support it, overseeing third party development of the product, testing and final implementation.

A key contributor to the technical design and implementation of the enterprise-class systems behind Goodmail's unique service, CertifiedEmail. Developed the key operational processes for dealing with major commercial email sending partners and partner ISPs such as AOL and Yahoo! Built the Business Operations team at Goodmail and plays both a tactical and strategic role. In addition to designing new product and system features, also manages the day-to-day monitoring of both customer and system behaviour and ensures that the company and its customers are meeting their mutual service-level obligations.

•A consulting company that provides business process, management and technical system design experience to a variety of international clients.Designed a multi-million dollar web-enabled CRM solution. The first phase of the solution was designed from start to finish and implemented at one of Europe’s largest companies within eight months. Responsibility for Research and Development, QA/testing and Implementation and oversaw the efforts of 35 full-time employees plus consultants.Managed the off-shore development of several telecommunications related software modules for incorporation within the main CRM product which required an understanding of the issues associated with managing geographically remote software development and also the cultural differences between the two companies.

Reporting directly to the CIO and responsible for the design and development of all internally developed customer care and billing system related software, as well as the selection of vendors for external software solutions.
