With over 20 years of HR leadership and consulting experience in fast paced environments where I have supported and guided various organisations in the energy, and logistics sectors on strategic and operational people-related matters. I have a strong track record of delivering successful M&A, TUPE, restructuring, ESG, EVP, and DE&I projects, as well as enhancing employee engagement and culture development delivering focused results.In my most recent role as the Group Head of HR UK/ROI/BENE at OASIS Group, I collaborated with the C-suite and their direct reports to align the global HR plan with the business strategy and objectives. Led the HR due diligence, acquisition, and integration of several M&A projects, and built a structure and culture that supported current and future business goals and KPIs.
