- Provide a full spectrum of holistic support to the Human Resource Services department on project basis, assisting on on-going projects as well as aiding on stand-alone tasks as needed.- Assisted with facets of the recruitment process, from initial interviews to offer of employment, as well as new employee on-boarding.- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee Portal, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smoothest possible user experience. - Heavily involved in the roll-out of the company rebranding process, ensuring that all materials are up to date and re-designing the Employee Portal to align with the new brand. - Responsible for maintaining the company's LinkedIn page, including creating new content for our Career Pages to attract a broader spectrum of candidates, as well as managing the Home Page to provide the latest company news. - Handled the logistical arrangements and acted as point of contact for Staff Activities- Assisted on Spanish to English translations of legal documents
