Global Software provides 911, Fire, EMS and law enforcement software to state, federal and local government agencies throughout the United States. Initially I held the position of Training Manager, responsible for learning new software applications, developing user documentation, training outlines, and training end users on all product lines. Plus, Business Analyst in the early production phases of the newest software product line, working closely with the customers, and software developers, to assess business needs and complete product delivery. I was promoted to Business Development Manager, responsible for general office management, preparing and submitting RFP/bids/proposals to government agencies, and related project management. I formulating a scoring method used to determine which bids had the highest probability of success and other statistical analysis. I managed the company's Facebook presence and updates to the company website, as well as developing all marketing collateral.Additional duties included software demonstrations, webinar training sessions, supporting the sales staff, updating the website and Facebook page, writing marketing collateral, coordinating trade shows, purchasing and A/P for the sales department, plus special project for the company President.
