My aim is to provide excellent technical expertise with a common-sense approach to best represent my clients. I am one of few Accredited Specialists in Commercial Litigation in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven and have expert knowledge and skill in dealing with commercial disputes, particularly those involving property.I have considerable litigation experience across a range of jurisdictions including Local, District and Supreme courts and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. I act for a wide variety of commercial and government clients and predominantly advises on contract disputes, building and construction claims, corporate insolvency, mortgage default and debt recovery.I also have expertise in commercial transactions. I assist SMEs from a variety of industries with advice and the drafting of agreements and documentation for their operations. I also have experience drafting and advising on construction contracts and financing.I value being able to contribute to the local community and I am the Chair of SAHSSI, Supported Accommodation & Homelessness Services Shoalhaven Illawarra. SAHSSI is a not-for-profit organisation supporting vulnerable women and families, particularly with a view to resolving homelessness, protecting from and preventing domestic violence.In my spare time, I enjoy any kind of sport or outdoor activity, but particularly love squash and touch football. I presently sit on the board of Squash Illawarra.
