* Interprets and applies DA, TRADOC, Cadet Command, Regional regulatory and policy guidance and previous precedent. Explores solutions to problems and provides appropriate alternatives with justification for recommended course of action to the PMS for approval.*Interviews prospective cadets to determine program eligibility and waiver requirements. Resolves procedural and regulatory questions concerning enrollment, contractual documents, medical qualifications and mandatory requirements. Obtains fingerprints, extensive background information and requests National Agency Check for each enrollee. Use the PSIP and JPAS system to input for security clearance Researches, interprets and applies regulatory guidance and procedures to ensure applicants meet branch peculiar requirements concerning background investigations for security clearance. *Serves as point of contact and continuity for both the institutional administrative and academic requirements in conjunction with the operation of the Army ROTC Senior Instructor Group at the University. *Prepares enrollment and contract documents for students enrolling in the basic and advance courses. Oversees the preparation and submission of CCIMS data and cadet administrative reports in a timely manner.*Monitors pay reports for proper payments and initiate any required collections actions. *Monitors cadet performance and academic transcripts to ensure continued compliance with eligibility and commissioning requirements. Assists in preparation of individual academic degree plans for tracking of academic progress. * Resolves questions regarding Cadet disenrollment from the ROTC Program-suitability, GPA, domestic violence, etc. Researches issues involved and gathers all evidence required for Board action and performs a thorough analysis of all evidence obtained and prepares a summary of findings and recommendations for action to the PMS or special review board.*Schedules and coordinates testing sessions for the cadets
