In this role I manage a team of artists who work on all types of design projects. I am responsible for all product art and technical files for execution. I supervise all marketing designers and am fully responsible for all catalog print projects. I oversee all web product image development. I build all Key and Chain Account presentations and product introductions for companies like Mardel or Walmart. I work closely with the Product Developers and Sourcing Teams to make sure all art and product files are correct and accurate. To date I have managed over 40 long format Catalogs for Kerusso ranging from 60 to 280 pages in length. I supervise all color proofing, screen print R&D, and custom chain product art and design. I manage all tradeshow graphic development and present new products to Key Accounts and to Sales Teams for product training.

We developed Apparel Graphics and custom products ranging from Jewelry to headwear to Home Decor and more. I managed all Marketing Publications and PR Press Releases. I also managed all Tradeshow aspects from Booth Design and Execution to Staffing and Logistics.
