Serves as the point person for orders, logistics, and program questions from the team. Coordinates coverage for customer service responsibilities. Runs open orders report every week, reviewing for accuracy and coordinating team efforts to resolve discrepancies. Tracks orders through the production and delivery process to ensure timely delivery. Works directly with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.
