Extensive experience in customer servicePreparing quotations for relocations; local, domestic and internationalMaking necessary arrangements for successful moves, preparing documentation, advising clients of best methodsLiaison with shipping lines and off shore agents to facilitate successful completion of international movesMaintain positive relationships with domestic and international agentsDevelop partnerships with various forwarders to continue to be able to offer competitive pricingAssist in building new accounts, determining needs of clients and best practice methodsTrouble shoot and Quality ControlAssist in responding to various RFP'sAssist brokers by submitting necessary documents for paymentPreparing and completing bills of lading for all moving servicesContract third party services as neededBook sales appointments and assist with preparing quotations
