I am a process improvement enthusiast who enjoys discovering the inner workings of applications within cross-functional groups, encouraging and facilitating developments to remove constraints and enhance processes. I have worked in many functional areas including project management, operations, and finance; and have worked closely with sales and customer service teams.I enjoy teaching both processes and programs. I embrace sharing information and encourage all to understand the process chain occurring before and after their individual process. Removing silos and departmental walls fosters collaboration and a strong sense of overall ownership and drive to reach individual targets and company goals.I communicate thoughtfully on many levels: one-on-one and in group settings, in person and remotely, both oral and written.
