Directed all manufacturing processes, maintenance and manufacturing support for the entire plant. Managed the activities of Production Coaches, Lean Engineer and 100 hourly associates. Responsibilities included directing operations, management of budgets, manning, capacity, planning and equipment utilization, TPM system and scheduling. Responsible for improving the manufacturing processes and product flow, quality and velocity through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
