Project Coordinator
Current- Ensures onboarding of clients
- Serves as the main point-person when communicating with clients
- Manages creation of Contracts and invoices
- Responsible for all project activities including planning, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and communicating client requirements, requests, and budgetary changes to and from the team.
- Communicating with clients via email on work requests and task status
- Delegating tasks to team members task lists to complete
