• Ensures onboarding of clients• Serves as the main point-person when communicating with clients• Manages creation of Contracts and invoices• Responsible for all project activities including planning, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and communicating client requirements, requests, and budgetary changes to and from the team.• Communicating with clients via email on work requests and task status• Delegating tasks to team members task lists to complete• Monitoring timelines• Ensures project checking including revisions, spelling and etc. • Retrieving necessary information from clients and team members to allow timely completion of tasks• Reviewing team member tasks for accuracy• Responsible for hiring freelancers plus collecting portfolios and demos such as voice talents, scriptwriters, and translators• Providing Exceptional Customer Service• Preparation of necessary updates and report whether daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly• Conducting market research for new revenue opportunities• Planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

• Perform general clerical duties to support directors, producers, and production managers• Plan and coordinate events, dubbing, mall shows• Make sure actors and models know their call times• Assist the promotion department with advertising campaigns• Collaborate with production managers to meet the needs of cast and crew• Work with all departments that contribute to the production
