I work at Binghamton University as the Assistant Director For Internship Education at the Fleishman Center for Career and Professional Development. I run the Career Development Centralized Internship (CDCI) Program that allows students taking internships to get class credit if they enroll in our CDCI 395 course. I teach a CDCI 395 class each semester which focuses on developing student career competencies and professional development skills. I also meet with students, employers, faculty, and staff regarding the CDCI courses we offer, internships, and career development. I work with other staff as a level 2 conduct hearing board member that addresses advanced student misconduct cases. I teach a UNIV 101 class each fall semester that focuses on educating freshmen about how to be successful in college. Previously I worked in Residential Life as a Resident Director and later as an Area Coordinator overseeing the Dickinson Community of over 1500 students, 55 RAs, and 8 professional staff.
