My passion is consumer behaviour and I consider myself a digital enthusiast. I help traditional industries to digitize and meet their changing customer expectations. As a trained psychologist I often offer a new perspective on consumer needs and how to disrupt the status quo accordingly. My PhD at ETH Zurich allowed me to deepen my analytical skills and understand how AI can scale personalized communication.For over ten years I am focusing on the energy sector. Understanding how consumers perceive, experience and engage with energy was my starting point.
