The Cortland Pursuit and Transitions (CPAT) Team focuses on executing comprehensive due diligence related to every asset acquisition or development. The CPAT Team also serves as a liaison between onsite management and executive leadership to implement Cortland best practices within the existing operational environment of any new site.

As an Associate of Pursuit and Transitions, one is responsible for assisting the Manager of Pursuit and Transitions in effectively managing the property operations, information dissemination, and activity during a due diligence, transition, and/or development. In the Manager's absence, the Associate will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing the due diligence or transition activities as set forth by the Manager.The Cortland Pursuit and Transition (CPAT) Team is a traveling group that implements due diligence activities and also remains at a community during takeover to ensure all aspects of operations are transitioned smoothly and operating prior to final turnover to the existing team.
