• Design and project manage the implementation of physical security systems for all new store and corporate builds across the APAC region including budget management and security principles including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and EAS components. Projects range from large buildings for retail and corporate to small concession stores. Liaise with design, finance and construction teams as well as external vendors. • Conduct or oversee all levels of investigations including data mining, gathering evidence, interviewing, written reporting and recommendations for future prevention. Cases covered a wide range of issues from both field and corporate based employees including whistleblowing cases such as theft, fraud, malpractice, failure to follow polices and data security breaches. • Development and leadership of a team of 25 personnel. Four direct reports included one senior manager and three district managers.• Programming and ongoing management of networked CCTV and access control systems.• Identify and mitigate risks to employees, products and physical locations through location audits and stock loss management.• Develop and deliver training sessions across both corporate offices and retail stores for range of subjects including anti-bribery and corruption, travel safety and best practices for loss prevention.• Sit on Regional (APAC) Incident Management Team and Emergency Response Team • Drive a globally aligned profit protection program to manage risk and reduce shrinkage in high loss stores across all markets. • Monitor travel risks, implement requirements and make recommendations to reduce risk to employees. • Plan, budget and manage or support with security management of large high-profile events such as fashion shows in London, or major brand events both on and offsite in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taiwan, Thailand and Sydney.• Budget management for all security costs including travel for all Asia locations and personnel.

Identifying and investigating/interviewing dishonest employees, managing a large team of Loss Prevention officers across three stores (later 2 on completion of reurbishment to Mens and Womens buildings). Training and development of direct reports, general employee training and security specifications for new floors being constructed.
